    31. Plants, Grains, Roots and Herbs- Learn all about the varieties of plants, what earth provides, where are they found, what do you need to do to make it grow-FROM AN EXPERT
    32. Simple Machines-By popular demand –this is being brought back. Learn about how to lift heavy weights easily-how in the olden days, Greeks, Romans, Arabs built giant things. This will give you great ideas on how to simplify difficult problems-an Engineer or a scientist
    33. Exercises for the Body- Learn through Yoga, how you work out different parts of the body and how each exercise helps in different ways. Taught by expert practitioners, this is a fun filled challenge-for Adults versus kids!
    34. Electricity and Electromagnetism- Learn all about electricity, what is electric current, how electrons travel, what is an electric motor, what are coils, how and why you get an electric shock(!!), what are magnets and what the combination of electricity and magnetism is called and its uses. Taught by an experienced Engineer, this is "Guaranteed" to make you smarter and a good Electrical Engineer if you go on to study these

Planes and Aerodynamics- Learn all about Airplanes, how they stay up, how they can come down –land carefully or CRASH(!!), how some planes can fly upside down without the pilots and passengers falling down,how some planes can perform amazing actions in air, maybe how some planes can fly as fast as sound, what is the speed of sound - -Become an Aerospace Engineer!!
    36. Game Theory-A great learning experience for everyone (kids and adults). Working in groups you will learn how people buy/sell/build/negotiate. Good fun, great learning- if you have done this previously please give others a chance
    37. Global Warming- Learn from an Environmental Engineer what this is all about-may be El Nino, how it affects the weather, electricity, modern lives etc.
    38. The Science of Severe Weather: Hurricanes, Tornados, Typhoons and Cyclones- Learn all about "The Science of Severe Weather: Hurricanes, Tornados, Typhoons and Cyclones. You will get to move tornadoes

    41. Introduction to Bacteria-A great learning experience for everyone (kids and adults). Learn what is good and bad bacteria-what makes you sick or healthy. What turns Milk into Yogurt! Peer through a Microscope-Become a Scientist
    42. Bioluminescence- the production and emission of light by a living organism. Remember the flies emitting light in the dark? Learn the how, why, where and how come; the value, the use and beauty
    43. Sheep Heart Dissection - Learn all about the heart, how blood flows, good and bad blood, similar to what you have in your body. One more step to becoming a doctor!!
    44. Money- Learn all about money, how to make it, how to save money, how to get ready for college, and HOW TO SPEND Money and have fun!!  - (especially if anyone wins the lottery!!)-
    45. What is DNA- Learn all about what DNA is, what does it do, why is it needed, what will happen without it, how to extract DNA, what does it say about you (or your parents)
    46. OPTICS- Science of Light/Vision/Sight etc- observe different physical properties of various lenses and how lenses make objects appear differently under various conditions fog/light/darkness. What does "Pitch black" mean, how much light do the Stars shed-what happens to light over long distances, how is light measured etc.!
    47. Heredity, Genetics and DNA- Learn what is heredity, what is genetics and why you resemble your mom and dad in many ways but are still different from them in some ways.  Learn what is DNA and what it has to do with all this.  Learn how to isolate DNA using simple things available in your home.
    48. DC Motors- Learn about electricity, Magnetism and magnets, what are Motors and what do they do, what happens if you wrap/wing a coil on a magnet, how do you vary the strength, speed and usefulness  of a motor,
    49. Bluetooth – What are sound waves and what other kinds of waves there are? What are they used for and where are they used? Learn about "From sound wave to electromagnetic wave, to basic concept of wireless communications.  Demo with walkie-talkies and Bluetooth Speaker.

Science of Spying –What is spying, who can be a spy, how do you do it, what scientific methods you use to gather and distribute information, are there good and bad spies, who is interested in this information, how do you make sure others cannot see or read  - - From an expert who has practiced this art!!
    51. Healthy Heart: How human heart functions, commons heart diseases, how to keep a healthy heart-You will learn all about the heart, Do we need a heart (!!), what does being "heartless" mean, how does exercise help the heart-From a Heart expert!!
    52. Science in Trauma and Medicine- Learn all about what you see when you go to an emergency room, who takes care of you, what do they do, what medicines they give you, do they operate on you, how many doctors take care of you, Is medicine Science(??)-Volunteers are welcome to act as patients!! –From one who does this work!
    53. Mystery topic (Teacher still finalizing!!)- Learn about whatever the teacher wants to teach –science of chemistry, or how cells combine to make a human or how many chemicals are in your body - - (these are my guesses on what the teacher may do!!)-guaranteed to be interesting-From an experienced person in the subject
    54. Kitchen Chemistry- This is also for Moms and Dads!! What chemicals do you have at home, what happens if you mix them, which ones are good and bad, what does one do if they mix accidentally, may be some chemical equations AND (possibly) references to Periodic Table, what happens if you combine Copper and Hydrochloric acid- From an experienced Scientist!!
    55. How things Fly: Learn the basic laws that govern flight: Newton's laws of motion and Bernoulli's (who is this guy!!)Principle. Class will cover how things fly: from insects to birds to man-made objects. We will watch videos. We will make some paper planes and measure amount of lift created with different paper planes.
    56. What are soaps/detergents and how do they remove dirt Learn about the history of soaps, what chemicals are in soap, demonstration of soap making and if time permits we will conduct simple surface tension experiment with talcum powder and soap drops
